Route one: train with us, then step into the role
This route is for anyone who is in the early phase of their professional tech career. It starts with one of our three-month programs: intensive, full-time, hands-on training. When you complete it, you become a SALT consultant and our commercial team matches you with a client.
Route two: step into the role right away
This route is the way to go if you already have professional software development experience behind you. You start as a SALT consultant from day one, and your first five weeks are an accelerator where you build on what you already know and develop the engineering and AI capabilities clients are hiring for now.
