The story of SALT
SALT is addressing the shortage of technology professionals in Europe by offering accelerated career programs consisting of education and fully paid work experience. Our passion is to help self-taught coders transition into skilled Full-Stack Developers.
When the training is complete, our developers are ready to start working as productive team members in a modern development team.
More than 200 companies have employed our developers in Sweden, Norway, and the Netherlands. And 94 percent take over the employment upon completion of the consultancy period – at no additional cost.
SALT’s founders are a part of the tech industry. Koshi Hamedi, one of the co-founders, built up the global 3D company Donya Labs, which was acquired by Microsoft in 2017. A success story, absolutely, but at the same time, we have seen how a lack of developers hampers the growth of companies that want to expand. SALT is our way of solving this problem.
