How We Do It
At SALT, we meticulously select candidates through a rigorous recruitment process that identifies high-potential tech enthusiasts. Our accelerated learning programs, led by experienced senior developers, provide intensive training that ensures graduates are ready to excel in their roles. We also offer customized upskilling and reskilling programs to transform existing workforces, keeping them at the cutting edge of technology. Our Try and Hire model allows businesses to engage with our skilled developers on a 12-month contract, offering a risk-free path to full-time employment without additional costs.
SALT’s process
What kind of developers do you need? How many? Programming languages, background, personality and any other requests.
Get introduced to handpicked developers from our talent pool suited to your needs. You will then select the candidates, interview them and conduct code tests to verify the match.
The Full-Stack Developer, or the mob, will be placed in your organization for one year as a consultant – with full access to SALT’s engineering management.
After one year you can choose to hire the developer directly without additional costs.
